关于出租房

又来请教大家了。 我们的房子上个月底listing出来的。 Agent今天发来一家申请人的资料，我心里很没底。 我们的房子4年新，里面装修得很漂亮，租金是$4350。 但是这家人有两条狗，还有两个孩子。 所以，我担心他们用不多久就能把房子糟蹋的不成样子。

另外，夫妻两个，女的是理发师，男的是自己营业做chiropractic therapy. 自称家庭年收入在15万左右。这在湾区可以称作低收入家庭了。

之前他们有自己的房子，住了10年刚卖掉。 另外，他们有一辆刚买的奔驰，和一辆老pickup truck。

大家帮忙看看这样的一家人靠谱吗？
