挖还是不挖，这是个问题

我原来只买白玉房，现在想着diversify，也许买点白菜。

这棵白菜可真够烂的，不过真是便宜。要价54K，修好应该值105K，月租金应该在1100左右。这个房子离小学，初中都很近，应该好租。

问题是这棵烂白菜可真够烂的，要花多少钱才能修好？这个烂法是不是汗滴们搞不好，非要请专业的建筑公司才行？

上面讲这个屋顶是新的，不过我看上去不像新的呀。
