离closing date还有6天，lender要我先转down pay的钱到escrow.正常么？

离closing date还有6天，lender要我先转down pay的钱到escrow.正常么？

大家一般是什么时候开始交down pay的钱到escrow?是不是得先等lender的letter of commitment出来交才安全？这么早交会不会有风险？
