说撒娇就撒娇：正在过户一个房，有问题如下：

1.厨房要全部remodel，上次询问的结果是homedepot最便宜，那么设计是在homedepot还是homedepot网上自己设计？我正在做预算，要注意什么？

2.4室的SFH，平房，公用地带（厨房，客厅，厕所，走廊）全部是瓷砖，4个卧室地毯被扒了，该安装地毯？瓷砖？laminate？哪个更合适？
