两年前有很多SS。现在还时不时有几个出来。不过价钱已经涨了不少。

 

>>较好区2/2肯定65万，现在同样的房75万+。租金大约3500.

你看的肯定接近市中心downtown。较远一点，接近daly city，就便宜多了。如果去hunter point那块，30万左右可以搞定，还是新房。

 

>>山景城2/2康斗35万～55万，租金～2000.

现在更高写，至少2200刀。
