here is the problem:

You can use it, and if your original statement did not show the 50K, you may use it and get away with it WITHOUT explaining it.

But most time, the lender will ask a new statement from your account if the one they used are more than 60 days.  In that case, you have to explain 50K deposit to the lender to their satisfication, i can gareantee, it will delay your loan for sure.
