急问：foreclosure 的房子有tenant，买了有啥风险？

Fanie Mae的房子 townhouse，里面有租户，租户和银行是month by month的租约，但银行没有他的deposit。租约上只有一个人的名字，但据说他的girl friend也住里面，还有1狗2猫。据说他按时交租，职业据说是高中老师。

大家帮看看这房子能买吗？听说有tenant的房子会有麻烦，会有什么风险呢？我咋觉得不用自己找tenant挺好呢。我现在只能想到让银行提供租户每月按时交租的记录，银行会提供吗？
