刚买的第一个房子，贷款时说的是自住，实际上是用来投资的，不知怎么办?

刚买的第一个房子，为了拿到好的利率，贷款时说的是自住，实际上是用来投资的。

在加州，有个规定，如果是自住屋，在12个月内，不能出租。我现在就想出租挣钱，请问有什么好招以避免麻烦。
