I had this problem before

I had same problem before on my own electric drier, I bought one replace burner and 20 min to replace it. shouldn't cost too much. $30-40 should cover all cost. It burns down by itself, in my case we didn't notice until one day our cloth didn't come out dry--

Just saying it's probably not something caused by somebody on purpose.
