刚刚查了新州中部的房地产价格，不查不知道，一查吓一跳啊！

感觉这两年新州中部的房价又跌了30%啊，真吓人啊！都是药厂，金融公司等大裁员的后果。新州还是民主党的州，真奇怪了！
