smartkey 问题

smartkey是很方便，但是如果房客rekey然后不还钥匙，怎么办？是不是得全部换新锁？这个smartkey最好还得一个masterkey来控制rekey才好，现在这样拿个小铁片就能rekey，真是不够安全。

当然，扣deposit是一定的。不过那是另外的话题。。。
