today is exciting!!!

let me tell you the most exciting thing to a landlord, is not you can collect the rents, is that when you get a call from court that the deadbeat you hunting for, is sitting his ass in jail..lol

got 2 today, one bail him self out for $700, the other still sitting there..lol
