eviction进展及问题

上周二去eviction,法官判我10天后拿回房子,或者从租户那里拿回全部拖欠的租金.我就去跟租户讲了,叫她付我全部欠的钱. 哪知她只还了我部分的钱,剩下不忿说要这周.还说有个厕所有点漏水,叫我去修.我该去修吗
