This is a typical problem for eager landlord

Always want to reduce the gap between 2 tenants to *0* days.

In reality, it is a bad practice, even it means you could save some rent.

Always spacing at least 3 days.

With 0 day gap, you push to corner without room to handle the unexpected.

Landlording is a business - longer term business.

You try to do things right and professionally, and then think about squeezing out the last drop of juice.
