Which manufacturer is better for Air Condition, Goodman or Lenno

We are planning to install a new A/C system for our rental property. I have asked around. For whole system including inside and outside, one contractor offers $3000 and the manufacturer of the A/C is Goodman and another one offers $2800 and the manufacturer is Lennox. They all have 10 yrs manufacturer and 1 yr labor warranty.

Which one is good qualitative properties, Goodman or Lennox?
