1.Building A2 unit 6: closet ceiling leaked after storm. Get 30ft ladder and handyman to tar the roof (slow pitch roof always a problem).

2.Painted floor Buliding 2 unit 5 before new tenant moves in.

3.Made screen window Building A unit 5.

4.Made storm window Building A2.

5.Signed lease Building A2 unit 7

6.Replace water damanged ceiling tiles Building A1 unit 2.

7.Replace worn sprout Building A1

8.Gave Build B unit 2 mouse traps

9.Showed Build C unit 2

10.Put trim and caulk bathtub Building D.

11.Repaired water damanged ceiling Building D.

12. Collected rent Building B.

13. Checked building condition Building E (several tasks next week)

14. Purchased material for floor and bathroom repairs Building F unit 2

15. Routine drive around the neighborhood for potential target for purchase.

Play with tenants' kids not included.
