do not use kilz, kilz itself has very strong oil paint smell

Bin shella based paint is the best option on the market, it has very strong alcohol smell when you paint it, but it go away very fast and you can move in smell free next day. 2 coats is all you need. this paint is most expensive on the market but well worth the money.

please remenber.  It is Shella based paint, not oil baesd paint.
