首先得感谢痴一生兄open up他为女儿操作的investment record，让大家了解他的position，才有我在这里的胡说八道。

I believe 股票市场上投资风险巨大的，可是也可能让你一夜暴富的是两个板块，development stage biotech 和 junoir mining。

先谈谈junior mining company 的 life cycle。They get fundung, start exloration,this phase is highly speculative, risk is the highest. If they don't find anything, they go busted. As soon as they find mineral reserve, the share price can shoop up like rockets, and investors can make 500% return easily.

You find you are the lucky one and ready to buy your dream yacht, right? Not just yet, please put your idea on hold.

If you don't get out in time, you'll see the share price drop like a rock. That's when investors realize that the company is not going to make any money for years to come. Because it takes years to build a mine, and it takes trememdous capital to build and operate a mine. Even if you can put a mine in operation, the rising cost can kill your margin. Don't believe it, take a look at Barrick Gold, Newmont Mining, even Freeport. OK now the share price is on the bottom, the company looks like a dead fish under the sun. But don't count them out just yet. The expolation keeps going on, and they find more reserve and the reserver is 10 times larger than they reported previously. Bam, it shoots up again, then crashes again.

Take a look at Seabridge Gold and Miranda Mineral Holdings, you will understand what I am talking about.

Same boom-buster cycle can be said for lots of small biotech companies. They have to go through phase 1, phase 2 clinic trial. It can be years before the compnay start making profits.

you have to know what you're doing and you have to have risk capital available. Like you wouldn't take your life savings to Vegas, you don't want to bet your house on these stocks.

You have to do tons of research. And yes, you have to check with your best sources in the industry if you decide to invest in junior mining or development stage biotech.

Investment in Real Estate or Stock is hard work. There is no short cut.You have to build your knowledge base, you have to cut down your cost, you have to turn the odds in your favor. It is all about hard work.Take a look at JY, it takes lots of effort for him to build his knowlwdge about AC, he drives hundred of miles to get condensors for $300, in the hot summer days, he takes his crew to fix ACs, it is all about hard work, guys.

Think about that. On Saturday evening, some people went to karaoki (you know whom I am talking about :-), some people was watching 非诚勿扰（again you know whom I am talking about :-), someone was reading investment analysis, someone was doing investment research.

It is not about just click mouse a couple of times.

It is about discipline and patience. It is about you know what price to pay. It is about you wait for the market to come to you. It is about you have nerves of steel. It is about do the very best, most detailed research. It is about you really, truly know what you're doing and why. It is about you are prepared for plenty of volatility.
