提上来说一下这个＂财富亮点＂

LZ估计没有仔细研究过malibu这些costal 地方， 这两年跌的非常厉害，200万已经可以买到2-3000尺的非常好的房子。。。一个地方的房产其实和这个地方的财富和财富预期有关。。。加州有一个定时炸弹就是budget问题。。。要是到时逼得没方法，取消prop13，那些千万豪宅只有跳水的份。。。

本人见解有些不同，真实的财富在于创造财富的能力。。。这个就像出租房cash flow是王道。。。做business，好的operating cash flow最重要。。。就是股票投资，也是一样，buy and hold基本就是撞大运。。。赚钱的能力才是最重要的。。。记不清那位大佬说过，把他一个人放倒沙漠里，只要一个商队经过，他几年就可以又称为巨富。。。在投坛，各位老大让我受益匪浅。。。

多说一句，艺术品在我眼里只有艺术价值，没有投资价值。。。打个比方，玉石在西方不值钱，东方却可以买到天价。。。为啥？喜好和文化不同。。。现在的艺术品是西方文明的精华，价值是摆工业革命等欧美国家发展所赐。。。呵呵。。。如果财富出现转移呢？比如美国人很多喜欢tiffany的银饰，不少中国人不喜欢。。。你也可以说没品味。。。可是主要还是看谁花钱，对不。。欢迎拍砖。。。
