bro, while what u said is all true, but please remember we all started with nothing, we were all new landlords once, everyone has to learn their lessons before they become bigger landlords.

landlording is not a easy task, I always warn that 90% of new landlords will quit within first 5 years, and 95% will fail within 10. 

the goal of this forum is to help the new ones, hopefully some of these past experiences from older landlords can guild them thru some tough situation. 

there is enough money to be make in real estate for all of us, landlording just a small sector..

I truly hope everyone comes here, can benefit little from this forum, we can all make some money, and retire rich together...lol
