Plumbing cost for installation of pex pipes in 1500 sq ft house

I hired a handyman who can do plumbing job. He charged me $2200 (labor) for replacing old pipes with pex pipe for a 1500 sq ft house. Is this a reasonable price? Thanks in advance.
