Stockton 破产是好事啊

俺希望有更多的市，更多的州破产。当年GM和Chrysler不是不宣布破产，就没法更改原来跟工会达成的协议，可能早已经关门大吉了。

现在悬在美国人民头上最恐怖的一把剑就是 the unfunded liabilities of healthcare and pensions for the current and future retirees of all levels of governments. 政府雇员们的福利太好了，不做大的调整，很多州和地方政府迟早要破产。

既然迟早还是要破产，晚来不如早来。说不定当别的城市也宣布破产的时候，Stockton 已经缓过劲来了。
