明明是在上MGMT 6XX的课嘛，你和温哥华小地主硬是要把我带回BUSINESS 101去说概念。唉！

知识重要的是概念后面的含义，整天咬文嚼字讨论永远离不开起点，前几天说利润率也是，本来是不想回帖的，但看到老兄那么认真起劲的样子，不回很不礼貌的样子。

converter 

Definition

Firm that takes a material intended for one purpose and converts into a material intended for another purpose. Such as converting paper stock into disposable cups.
