今天上午刚过户一个TH duplex

每边2br/1.5ba，751 sf。买价40K，合同费7K，修理~8K。共55K。

一边已有Sec8 tenant，月租550。俺问了左邻右舍，都在700上下，所以有涨的潜力。
另一边打算修好了700租出去。

HOA=0
tax=1000
PM= 10%

insurance = 60/month
