接着再讨论德州

我比较迷惑的一个事情是：好像在北德，房子地基老出问题。我的一个2005年建的房，竟然也出地基倾斜的问题，需要打桩稳定。这种问题一出，都是五千到一万的费用，一下子利润就少了，或者变零变负。请问那里的同学们，你们的房子地基也老出问题吗？什么原因？
