Short Sale Seller继续 续租的情况及后果

古石的一个房子，Seller 想变租客。

但 Short Sale Addendum 上明明讲 Seller以及其Family Member 不能留在房子里作为Renter。

大家也都签字同意了。

但Seller实在是很nice的人家，应该也会是很好的租客。古石自己是没有任何问题继续续租的。

问题是 Short Sale Addendum上规定不可。怎么办？

古石也很想帮他们。但也不愿意涉及任何的法律问题，以及以后的调查。

如果将来银行知道了，会是什么后果？会告fraud吗？

如果租给其他人，那个人再Sublease给Seller，会有问题吗？

这个是个标准的Short Sale Addendum Form。应该所有的都是这样。

但看大家很少提及，很好奇大家都是怎么处理的。
