这里能人多， 请教一下出租问题

Short sale， 还在escrow 中 

seller想租回来，lender 没有在short sale addendum里提到不能租给seller.

请问这种情况要不要租给seller ？ 省了清理的麻烦？ （Seller除了short sale了房子， 没其他拖欠，夫妻都有工作）。

房子在湾区尽头， 2003年建。
