纽约地区附近的投资房，求指点。

一直想寻觅纽约附近可以正现金流的投资房，但是似乎正现金流不多啊，特别是曼哈顿岛上的。。。有没有附近的高手指点几个区域？新泽西，纽约，康州都行。
