是不是short sale 的owner 都想方设法拖着不卖啊？是不是我太用心了？ 好郁闷啊。

来来回回拖了一个月总算是把房价谈下来了(其实也没用， 又不是房主做主）， 现在又僵持在家具上。

这个房子已经从去年7月就开始卖了， 难道他不怕被银行收回吗？一般这之间会有多少时间？ Thanks.
