More foreclosure properties in DFW area

Have chatted with my agent in the lunch time.  He told me that BOA started to dump more REO properties in DFW area.  He got more than 17 properties in last two weeks from BOA. (much more than "normal" in last two years.)  Also, HUD is moving its inventory in DFW area as well.  They tried to do bucket sale.  But price was not very attractive.  Hud wants to find a channel to dump existing properties fast, so that they can move on to the properties in the pipeline.

So the price in DFW looks bottomed earlier this year, but will change soon.  Hold on your cash and get ready for the next wave of price dip.
