房价起飞的征兆

当以下两种情况成为普遍现象，就说明房价已经开始上升了。

1. Multiple offers is becoming a common trend

2. Appraised value is lower than contract price

最近硅谷就有这种趋势。目前还不好判断是否因为季节原因造成的（每年春夏热，秋冬冷），但是房市在热络是肯定的。据俺判断，房价再大幅下跌的可能性已经很小。要买的抓紧吧。其他地区俺不知道。
