郁闷！刚刚拿下的房子，弯曲，自住。买的是那里的校区。

Zillow的估价在一个月之内一直跌了，已经跌了9%.

可是买的时候，房子一出来就有六个offer.我们加了两万5 才拿到。

难道房价还要跌?
