were your houses bank owned, short sale or regular sales? It's really hard to find house under $150000 in Chandler (my agent told me). 

California is in the earthquake zone. If something hapened I will lost everything. That's the main reason drive me to other states. 

I need to make decision to take this offer or not today. Dont know it's true or not that agent told me that house got 20 plus offers. And also she said most offers are cash offers. Do you believe this? I am confused about the market in Phoniex.
