变动一下住房，对女孩子是好还是不好？

我在一个地方住了多年了。

现在的房子，1860 sft, 1955 年的。学校十分好的， 离上班 30 分钟。没View。

想买的房子，3000 sft, 2000 年的。学校也十分好的， 离上班 30 分钟。View 十分好。

家中女孩子不想变动。

我好想变动一下住房，这对女孩子是好还是不好？
