location, location, location!

There are major two school areas in the same place. One is the good one, another one is bad.

The good one: the price of house and tax are higher. the house is slight larger: 2000-4000SF, from $25,000-600,000. the tax is about $8000-15000 a year

The bad one: small houses (1200-2000SF), the price is about $13,0000-22,000), the tax is low too about 3000-6000.

Only persons will live in the house, kid grown up and working in a far state.
