is the best website, be patient, this time of the year is the slow season. Another reason may be that your house is too big and the rent is too high. Traditionally, if your rent is below 1800/month, it is a sweet spot. It is pretty tough to rent a house for over $2000/month because the demand is limited. However, there are no houses can't be rented, pateience and price are the key.
