这是在另外一个城市的公寓.这个客人是从前面两个房东那就开始住这里. 是个麻烦的客人. 尤其是男主人.没什么教养.觉得自己是老爷. 要求这要求那.一家五口人.三个小孩.靠女的打工过日子. 男的在家游手好闲.女的倒是通情达理.这套公寓租金一个月$390.十年以前他们跟前前房东签合同就是这个价.对他们的要求, 只要是合理的, 尽管住的三百英里远, 我基本上都做到马上解决问题.

七年前接手过来我从来没长过.我一直想卖了这个公寓. 有不少买的人也很想买, 但前提是我的把客人弄走. 我不忍心把他们赶走.事情就这么拖下来.现在要走了.省了我不少事情.准备把这公寓给卖了.

Dear Mr. Ding,

This is to formally inform you that we will no longer be your tenant at the xxxxx Washington Dr Apt 122 property as of Wednesday, February 29, 2012. We have decided that it is time to move on to a bigger space as our children are getting older and bigger.

You have been a great landlord. Although you reside far away, you still are able to accommodate us when services were needed. We will leave the keys with the leasing office upon the day of our departure. The check for February's rent should already be heading your way.
