投资讲究粗线条

 

见大伙热烈开侃cap rate, 1% rule, rental loss deduction, etc.  其实，投资不必斤斤计较，精打细算。 因为，人算不如天算。 更不好钻牛角尖，为扣税，抵税，遍寻special tax code.

个人以为，做生意，应该以开源为主，节流为辅。 整天惦记着怎么省，而不是花大气力去挖掘更多更广的revenue or sales, 这是被动的投资。经济不好的时候，公司就会在支出上下功夫，就是这个理。 换言之，省，不是投资的目的。 开源是进攻，节流是防守。

我们也知道，很多成功的生意人，学历并不高，也就加碱水平。 本来也是，总收入，总开销，大概一减，净利润就出来了。 菜农都晓得的呀！ 要么说，知识越多越反动呢？ 

明白啥是投资重点了吧？ 寻商机.
