master bathroom的shower不出水严重吗？

刚对一个flipper的房子完成inspection.貌似有很多小问题，或是可大可小的问题。想听听这里有经验人的意见。

这个房子的每个bathroom都有轻微的water damage和fungus. termite report估计要花$1500。

其中一个bathtub还有轻微leakage问题，如果一直放水，水会渗到楼下客厅的屋顶。

我最大的疑惑是，master bathroom shower根本不出水,其他2个bathroom的shower都没有这个问题，home inspector也不清楚为什么会这样。

我觉得很奇怪，因为如果是小问题，flipper不可能忽视这个明显的问题而不去修。有可能是大问题flipper不愿意修，抱侥幸的心理buyer不会要求修。

还有inspector发现crawl space下一个air duct断了。

这些我都提出让seller修，seller不愿自己修,但愿意出$1500让我自己修，主要是根据termite report的报价。

我很担心这个master bathroom shower不出水的问题,因为不知道原因，所以不知道修起来会花多少钱。

offer价钱和lender appraisal价一样，另有$2500 credit from buyer towards closing cost. 大家觉得我应该accept $1500 repair credits 但不要求修好master bathroom shower 吗？
