all the companies should have the same tax rate, the super low tax rate for the foreign invesment should only for a a few years. it should be stoped after join WTO.(I think the maxmum is 5 years?)

chinese should kick out or push the company to westnorth china for the company can not provide high tech or something chinese can not do for now. it should do so especially for the low tech industry to let the chinese's own company to develop.

 

after all the open door policy is for chinese's own good.
