24套公寓,位置很好,33年但装修都是updated,其中一半以上租客是senior, 年租金196,000, 除掉各种成本净收入约160,000,要价1.46米。但估计有人会抢,那么是否值得去和别人抢,如果溢价多少合适?还有就是没有管理经验的人是否可以接手?
