简单反驳一下

perspective的东西就不说了，单列facts:

富人从目前的 25% — 35% 个人或公司收入所得税变成只有 9% ，是大大的减税，但只是另加 9% 联邦购物税；

首先富人主要通过避税，参见warren buffett "taxes me more"。999取消了大部分的deductible。

其次富人的主要收入是long term captital gain and dividend, 税率是15%。而w-2的税率是25-35%。999消灭了这个不同，所以是fair的。

一般人从目前的 0% — 10% — 15% 个人或公司收入所得税变成 9% ，基本上没有变；但新增 9% 联邦购物税，最后还是被增税。

一般人单是fica tax 就交7.62%。999取消了这个tax,怎么是增税？

穷人从目前因在起征线以下不用付税变成要交 9% 个人或公司收入所得税，再加 9% 的联邦购物税，不单大大的增税，还税上加税。
