请问：怎样用LLC管理出租房

过去两年，买了几个白菜房。为了安全起见，把每个房子都放在一个独立的LLC下面（1个LLC放1个房）。每个LLC也有自己的银行账户，修房子的钱和租金放各自的银行账户，这样报税，或查税容易。这种方式有个问题，比如，有的房子没人住，但HOA，保险，税，照付，有的银行账户的钱就不够了。房子一多， 管起来挺烦。

请问，可不可以再设一个LLC统一管理这些房子,所有的支出和收入都放在这个LLC的银行账户?  如果可以，租客诉讼的话，会不会因为这个LLC而连累其他的房子?
