我买81.5万的房子，负担得起吗？

我们两人年收入14万。想卖一个82万的 house,TAX 9千/年。贷款30年，月付3875 (Mortgage+Tax+Insurance).有两个8岁以下的孩子，须付daycare 和 aftershcol （1200/月），信用卡每月平均支出约2000。请问这房子我们能负担得起吗？会不会很累？我们从来没买过房子，心里没底。
