两个不是最热的IT公司的工程师的情况：

A.
基本工资: $148K.
bonus: 15%. Company multipier: 1.9 => total bonus: $42K
ESPP: about $50K.
RSU: about $20K.
Total: $260K

B. 基本工资: $170K.
Bonus: 40% => $68K.
RSU: $15K.
ESPP: $20K.
Total: $273K.

A 大概属于该公司工程师的30%-50%. 也就是说30% 比他高， 50%比他低。
B 大概属于该公司工程师的20%-65%. 也就是说20% 比他高， 65%比他低。

A,B 所在的公司，director级别的都easily pass $300K.
