终于决定要forclosure了， 问一下大侠们后果的严重性

几年前头昏在Arizona Pheonix 买了两个投资房， 现在是在被烦得受不了了， 租客三天两头打电话说要付不起房租了， HOA三天两头说租客要清理草坪了，　要不然就罚款；银行说不给降息或重新贷款，　除非ｄｅｆａｕｌｔ。　我想反正接下来的几年都不会贷款买房了，房子缩水价值还不到原来的一半 （一个25万买的， 现在大约13万， 一个20万买的， 现在也就11万， 每月房租正常就2200， 贷款要3200）， 因为我们是双收入， 所以到年底所有损失都不能抵税， 还不如就放弃吧。真的没有精力管这些事了。

我知道的就是信用受损，　不知道还会有什么后果，　ＨＯＡ会不会告我， 会不会有税务上的麻烦（我没有refinance过）， 还有需要和房客说么（现在都是month-to-month）. 请大侠们给些指教， 在下感激不尽。 谢谢了。
