今天看房，房子后面地基三条裂缝，不宽大概两毫米。一楼厕所

有一个斜角裂缝两毫米二十厘米长。二楼同位置的门框有一条裂缝，房子中间呈重处两处裂缝，地下室有点斜。如果修大概要多少钱？能修好吗？谢谢！
