In two different schools, Kenysian believes the credit can be expanded without limits, i.e. QE2 can cancel the deflationary.

Austrialian school believes currency has to have an anchor, otherwide, unlimited credit expansion will cause currency explosion. There is nothing better to serve as the anchor as gold.

Google, Apple, stock, USD, real estate in last twenty years are fueled by credit expansion. Credit expansion is on the verge of collapse today. i.e. deleveraging.

And you know, the prosperity in last twenty years really belong to Vocker's high interest rate policy in the 80's. Or that 70 bubble would blow up long time ago.

Just wait to see .... :):):)
