I am just following the insiders on IVR and CIM. They are all reits, I am picking the one with best div rate.
I heard from fool.com, NLY is mainly invested in agency debt while CIM is on more risky mortgages. I think IVR is probably the same as CIM, IVR is created in 2008, like people on this forum, to take advantage of housing crisis. I prefer this type of investment. I think investing in agency debt is good and safe business model, but it is too boring.
