一个很好的宾馆,最近被迫关业了.

宾馆红火的时候,每月纯利润达十几万.宾馆本身价值达5M.

后来,总经理卷款而逃.

以后惨淡经营.

又赶上经济不景气,最近终于被迫关业了.

一个小股东,要把他的6%的股份,以三万美元转让给我.

另一个股东,要把他的30%的股份,以25万美元转让给我.

大股东破产了,所以其余股份,在银行手里.银行不置可否.

能要吗? 让宾馆从新开业容易吗?
